Data and account deletion
1. How to request deletion
Deletion of your account and personal data associated with WellBeing is handled only by email to the provider’s certified email (PEC):
Clearly state in the subject or body that you request account / data deletion and include the email address you use to sign in (the one linked to Google or Facebook/Meta). To help verify your identity, send the request from the same mailbox linked to the social account used in the app, when possible.
We will respond and act within a timeframe consistent with the GDPR (typically within 30 days of a valid request, unless law requires a different period).
2. What is deleted
After verifying your request we delete user data held in our systems for WellBeing (app profile, preferences, histories, and other data tied to your account), except where we must retain information by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g. minimal traces in technical backups until rotation, if applicable).
3. Google and Facebook (Meta) accounts
Deletion on the WellBeing side does not automatically delete your Google or Facebook account. To revoke app permissions:
- Google — connected apps
- Meta: Facebook / Meta account settings to remove the app or restrict access.
4. Meta — data deletion callback
If the Meta developer console requires a dedicated HTTPS callback URL in a machine-readable format, configure a compliant endpoint per Meta’s specifications. This page describes the user-facing channel (PEC email).
