2. Purposes and categories of data
We process data needed to provide WellBeing and related services: authentication (Google or Facebook/Meta), basic profile (e.g. email, name, profile picture as provided by the identity provider), application identifiers, usage and preferences synced with the backend (e.g. listening counters, sessions, settings, AI feature quotas where enabled), and content or requests you send to AI features when you use them.
Legal bases include performance of the contract, consent where required, legal obligations, and legitimate interests (security, anti-abuse, service improvement within applicable law).
3. Social login
Processing by Google and Meta is governed by their policies: Google · Meta. You can revoke the app’s access from your provider account settings.
4. Hosting and subprocessors
Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure and may be processed, solely as needed, by technical or AI vendors enabled in production (e.g. OpenAI, Google Cloud, Alibaba DashScope, AWS, others per configuration). For transfers outside the EEA, GDPR safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) apply where relevant.
5. Cookies and analytics
The WellBeing app does not use first-party profiling cookies and does not use analytics tools (e.g. Firebase Analytics) in the configuration described here. Login via browser or in-app WebView may still involve cookies or storage managed by Google/Meta under their policies.
6. Retention
We keep data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations; after a valid erasure request (see the dedicated page) we delete as described there, subject to mandatory retention rules.
7. Your rights (GDPR — EU users)
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact: 108@postecert.it (PEC).
8. Minimum age
The app is intended for users aged 6 or older. Minors should use the app under parental or guardian supervision.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after publication may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
