Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By installing or using WellBeing you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

WellBeing provides wellness-related content and tools (e.g. guided listening, related features, and — where enabled — AI-assisted tools). Available features depend on the app version and your purchases or subscriptions.

3. Account and access

Access may be provided via Google or Facebook (Meta) accounts as offered in the app. You are responsible for the security of your device and active sessions.

4. Minimum age

The app is intended for users aged 6 or older. Minors should use the app under parental or guardian supervision.

5. Licence

Unless stated otherwise, audio, text, images, and software in the app are protected by intellectual property rights of the provider or licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence for private use in line with these Terms. Unauthorised reproduction, reverse engineering beyond legal limits, resale, or public distribution of content is prohibited.

6. Prohibited conduct

7. “As is” service and health disclaimer

Wellness content and tools do not replace medical or mental-health diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data, except where mandatory law provides otherwise (e.g. wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

8. Changes, suspension, termination

The service may be changed, limited, or discontinued for technical, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the app at any time; the provider may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For consumers resident in the European Union, mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence and consumer-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
